How do I cancel my order?

Once placing you order, you are committing to your purchase and will not be refunded.   

No exceptions. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are non-refundable.

What happens if i enter the wrong shipping address?

Before placing your order please be sure to double check your address. If you have entered your wrong address, please be sure to contact us support@lovelashbeauty.co as soon as possible.

If you have entered your wrong address and your package has already been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses provided at check out.

My package has been lost . What should I do?

Once the package has been received by the post office we are no longer responsible for any lost packages.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and Holidays.  

Do you ship worldwide?

We only ship within the U.S
